Spent Monday and Tuesday before the rain putting in my cold weather food plots. I planted two acres of brassica and another acre of clover in preparation for the fall. I experimented this spring with Eagle brand forage soybeans that are planted right in with the corn and the results were phenomenal. The bean leaves are about twice as big as normal soybean leaves and the deer absolutely love them. We are seeing and taking pictures of numerous bucks including some real hogs and a lot of does and fawns. The plants are about waist high and have a great working relationship with the corn. The soybeans give off nitrogen and the corn uses the nitrogen. I enclosed some pictures of these soybeans. Take a kid fishing
