Pacemaker Tune Up

I've got a pacemaker that seems to have lost its mojo. Think it has something to do with my having replaced the middle hook. Can't seem to get the steady tap tap tap with any adjustments to the tail prop. Cadence seems to get interrupted during the retrieve. Can you comment on correct placement of the middle hook relative to the tail prop so that I can tune it up and restore it to its proper mojo-ness.

The large Pacemaker takes a 5/0 Eagle claw 774m. The small Pacemaker takes a 4/0 Eagle claw 774m. The barb to the right of the welded on shank should be cut if you are looking at the hook with barbs up.
