Hi everyone,
Whenever you're on the Big Chip, it is wise to always be alert. Due to the recent storms and rain and high water, lots of small mud bogs are floating around. I included a picture of a small one that was drifting fairly fast past me. I was anchored and had to watch it to make sure it didn't drift into my boat. Even tho some of these are small, they could still do damage to your boat or motor.
Soon there will be bogs coming up from the bottom all over. Please be alert to these navigation hazards.
As the water temps start to cool down, the Walleye fishing will improve. I still have lots of openings for Sept. If you are in need of a guide for a Walleye fishing trip, call, or email me. We can set up an exciting Walleye fishing trip.
