Walleye:
Walleye fishing is still kind of a pain, but keep trying--they've got to feed sooner or later before the lake freezes.

Muskie:
Muskie action a little spotty, but fish are being seen. Bucktails are your best bet, especially black and green.

Crappie:
Crappie fishing seems to be best on the cribs on minnows.

Panfish:
Didn't talk to a bluegill or bass fisherman all weekend so you're on your own!

Weather report

A pleasant week coming: temps in the 60's with a chance of rain on Wed.

Water level

It looks like the lake is a foot to a foot+ down--but no problems.

Water temperature

Temps have dropped into the low 60's.

Musky Hunt 2010

21 fish caught with the largest coming in at 49 1/2"--and a good time was had by all.

Walleye:
I'm running out of expletives to accurately describe the walleye fishing--besides--there might be kids reading this. Let's just say that they've got to get hungry sooner or later. Use minnows.

Muskie:
Muskie action not bad. Still best on bucktails with a little more live bait action showing up, but still just a bit early for that.

Crappie:
Crappie not schooled yet so fish the cribs with minnows.

Panfish:
Best in the weeds and brush on worms and waxies.

Bass:
Sounds like bigger minnows are doing ok.

Weather report

Pleasant but cool weekend coming up--probably around 60.

Water level

Looks to still be a little over a foot down--no problem.

Water temperature

Generally in the low 60's.

Fall colors

Not much change; some color in the maples with some yellows showing up in the underbrush.
