Colder than normal, wet, and very high water has been the word as of late. Fishing has been good though. We have been limiting out on jumbo perch most trips and doing pretty good on walleye, musky, pike and bass.
Water temps have now dropped below 60 degrees in some areas and the walleye should be continuing to drop down in the water column as well. The shallow water bite for walleye the past few weeks has been the worst I have ever seen. Musky are on the rocks and cabbage. Bass are in the junk weeds and pike are going good on the breaks and cabbage. Now is some of the best multi species fishing of the year and it should continue for a couple more weeks before turnover.
