Last week I had contact John Papalia, Executive Directer of Warren Council On Tourism and reminded him about the rule change in the October Husky Musky contest. John said he will be mailing everyone a flyer explaining the rule change. You will not have to bring the Muskie in for weigh in. That would surely kill the fish. A date stamped photo and measurements will be all that is needed. All who signed up and bought a I "COT" fish badge should receive the flyer explaining the rule change.
