I had Scott Cutin out yesterday. We fished hard and threw a lot of big baits but managed to keep them away from fish all day. We had one fish follow a sucker up when we were moving from spot to spot and then I set the hook on another fish on one of Scott's homemade jerkbaits and the fish flew out of the water as kind of an aftereffect. I didn't even come close to getting hooks into the fish but it put on a good show anyway. Slow day and lots of wind to go with it. That's fishin' sometimes.
