Anyone snag a rod and reel combo over the weekend? Here's a email I just received -
Hey Chris, my name is Curt Schmahl; we were up fishing this weekend and stayed at the Bayview Friday night, and swung by and talked to you briefly Sat. morning. I was wondering if you could do me a huge favor. While we were wrapping in lines after our last pass on Center Reef Sat. night we unfortunately loss one of our trolling rods which was still connected to our planer board. The board had a red light stick attached, but by the time we got turned around it was nowhere to be seen, especially in the rough seas we had out there. If you could put a word out on the bay de noc forum, and mention it to some customers it would be greatly appreciated, I know it's a long shot but I know there are still some honest fisherman out there as well. There is a reward for the return of the equipment lost. It is a 7'6" Scheels Outfitters telescoping trolling rod, dark blue in color with a Scheels counter reel. If you could get a word out it would mean a lot to me. Thanks Curt Schmahl
