Friday we set up South of Blackbottom and found eaters to be active on Bagleys (blue and white) using two colors of lead. We did have a few on deep ripsticks 50' back using purples and pinks. Our best fish was only about 5.5 lbs, but we had nice weather and few anglers to contend with. Best bite was in 24'
Saturday Night was similar pattern, but the wind, rain, and rough water was a challenge. We lost the first one at the boat, second one on the edge of the net, and boxed two eaters before the rain soaked through our pants. We did have multiple screw ups in the waves. So untangling things filled out time.
