Had my ice picks on and trail a rope with a floating bouy behind my sled. Checking ice yesterday had 6 iches of shitty ice in front of Carlsons and didn't need to check any farther. I will wait until next weekend. How is the ice doing ou there Frank?

What.....No photo???

Pretty good around here. Got it marked to around Mergen's yesterday. 5-6 inches on the good ice, and more on the snow cone crap. Has one very small 4" patch just east of Wahlberg's. Went about halfway down Sturgeon finding the same thing. One small 4" patch in front of Klema's. The rest 5-6.

Finished it off to the Post Office this morning. Not so good. Pretty much 4-5 inches throughout Bobbie's Bay, and most 4" or possibly a little less. Probably be good by Wednesday.

Thanks Frank you give a nice detailed report. I was at Jerrys having coffee and some folks from Flag had come in for the first time. Looks like no snow in the short term forecast so we should make some good ice this week.

You guys are cute. Maybe a little stubby but the fall fish sure fight like they have a big nose. I catch a stubby every once in awhile, what causes that? Just a birth defect I imagine. Or maybe she has been hanging out at Oak island too much. Smoking meth and being happy. I heard about the meth labs out there.
