Ice conditions 9 - 11 inches, some bays have 12 - 13 inches. Areas with current have less ice so care must still be taken. Trucks are driving out on ice use caution. Travel by snowmobile or atv may be better.
Lots of snow and slush in areas that have not been plowed.
Panfish reports are very good with Bluegills being the #1 fish. Red Spikes on a #12 Hexi Fly jig are the working best on the flowages. The smaller lakes anglers are using Gulp Maggots and doing well.
Nice Perch starting to show up, Nokomis once again is the Lake for some nice fish, Use fatheads and small red treble hooks or orange ball jigs tipped with wiggler.
Crappie action good, Emeralds or rosies. Use tip downs. Lake Alice is hot.
Lots of Pike, large Shiners or Suckers, fish the shallow bays, plenty of action.
Good Luck and Be safe
