There are two new additions to the Current News page of our website. Check it out, and you will find a copy of a very nice article from the Lakeshore News in Canada about the food drive spearheaded by Mark Pauling and many others. You will also find a copy of a thank you letter from the Mid-Ohio Food Bank to the chapter for our recent donation made possible by everyone's generosity at our Christmas party.
We had a tremendous year in 2010 growing our membership to 130 people, supporting the minnow fund, putting on a great youth event, and catching a record number of muskies (1,323) as a group. With this support and participation of so many members, everyone should be proud that we were able to give back to the communities where we enjoy the outdoors.
In this 25th Anniversary year for the chapter, we had 10 youth catch and report fish, a lot of new members participating in committees and events, and we will finish in the black. This puts us in great shape for an outstanding 2011 and many more to come.
