A man that I met this morning,he's from Erie, heard that I like to fish the river above and below Warren. His story was that his father,from Erie, fishes just below the dam from shore. He stated that his father caught 2 muskies in the last 7 to 10 days,a 43" and a 47". Neither fish was released,both going into his dad's freezer. He said that his father doesn't keep all the muskies that he catches,just a half dozen or so a year..... GREAT..

So they eat them? I would think since they are from erie they can easly get there fill of great perch and walleye?!?
But again they did not break any laws, so i can not really say much bad....

We can only hope that most Muskies get released. With more guys fishing for Musky we must practice C&R for everyone to have the opportunity to catch a fish of a lifetime.
