I am an avid open water walleye guy who fishes LBDN often. Found myself with a few days off and planned to try ice fishing the sturgeon bay area (close to home) to pass the time. Ice is not stable (according to the guide I was going to use). Only interested in eyes. Seems like conditions may not be favorable right now, but like I said, a few days off. So...I'm looking for a guide in Esky area (or anyone who would let me tag along). I have nothing in terms of gear. Thus, any guide situation should include all gear. However, I'm willing to bring food, drinks, pay for dinner afterwards, whatever etc. if someone will allow me to tag along. Looking for this Thursday.
