What is the best part of the year to fish Ramey Creek or Paragon? All i have now is a jon boat and when my fishing partner cant go i dont have a boat for the main lake.

Dude, with a small boat you should be able to plumb burn up the upper part of Beaver Creek, both above and below Longbow. Also, try putting in at Leatherwood this spring. Don't overlook the river at Bangor and Poppin Rock, either. m
