My buddy Corey gave me a paint pattern to try for the sport shows that turned out cool. It's a spider web pattern and it turned out pretty cool. I'll get some pics up tonight. As you can tell I'm pretty excited about it.

Sounds like it will be cool . . . . . . can't wait to see it. Hopefully you used an airbrush and not a roller.
Man it's gonna be a long winter.

That reminds me, way back at the beginning of you making Pacemakers I took one and drew some male "anatomy" on the underside of the lure, just to show the fish who was the boss.
I gotta get some help . . . . . .

Might have to wait to get the pic up until tonight. Technical difficulty on my part.
I like that Corey..gotta show the fish who's boss.

I managed to purchase one of the spider pattern Pacemakers and I LIKE the looks of it, thank you Ty and Corey Meyer for the inspiration.
I'm thinking a bit of doodling on the lure by Corey himself ala the anatomy deal would certainly qualify as the Coxey Maxer edition, never ever to be actually cast but shelved as a keepsake. Autographed by the maker and by the inspirator would make it priceless, indeed !

It sure does . . . . I had a smile on my face after reading that for a minute or two. That was the day Mugsy put the boat on the trailer!!!!! That was one good fishing partner. Man I think that was 12-13 years ago. I wonder if that chart is still around.
A good memory for sure.
