Ice Fishing Guide

I have only fished soft water in the Bays and do very well. I'd like to try some ice fishing and would like to know if there are any ice fishing guides you guys would recommend. I don't need guaranteed fish but I do want to know how to fish for them and basic structures. I'm sure the shanty towns will be a clue of where.
