Days River/Yellow Gate access ??

My truck's in the shop with head-gasket problems (ugh). That leaves me having to take the 2-wheel drive family van out ice fishing.

Could I drive in the yellow-gate road by Day's with that? I know I couldn't do the first yellow gate with it...haven't been to the second one this winter to know.

I used it last week with my broken 4wd drive and had no problems it was nice and solid. I plan on doing it later this afternoon as well.

If you question it just take a quick walk down the road and see what it looks like, no shame in that.


The ruts weren't bad as of last week either.
