Went out tonight off the yauhtclub. Ive been wanting to jig with no minnow on my rap but could never bring myself to do it,so tonight I went without bringing bait. I was set up and fishing at 4:30. Got 4 keepers (1)16, (2)17.5, and an 18. I also missed 2 hits. All the action came between 5:45 and 6:45. 30fow. The only jig I used was red hot perch size 9. Marked around 15 fish altogether. I was jigging 3-5 feet off bottom. Best night of ice fishing for me in along while.

Just goes to show , patience can pay off. I was losing my patience last night . Caught 4 too .... all dinks on number 9's and that was earlier between 5:oo and 5:30. After 5:30 I only marked one more looker . I guess they were all over by you . Congrats!!!

Nice catch bottle-bass I only had 1 keeper last night 18 in lost another keeper halfway up and 1 throwback all on #9s slammer I was just northeast of you. Good luck fellas the last couple days!

Thanks guys. Went out tonight and managed 2 in the same spot. 1 at 16.5 and 1 at 18. Missed one also. One came at 5 and the other at 530. Didin't mark as many tonight either. ghp rap #9 again. Lots more people out tonight.

Had lookers but no takers, and close to double the people out tonight.

I too got skunked tonight I only marked about 5 fish by far the fewest in the past two weeks maybe because all of delta county was out. I did see a few fish caught but for the most part it looked like everyone did as good as me.

Went out tonight off hunters point with my fiance Sarah. We set up in 31fow. Started marking fish around 6:30. At 7:45 they started to hit. We missed 5 or 6. Sarah lost a big one in the hole. Tonight was her first time jigging and I think shes hooked after that. Looked to be around 27in or so on #9 Glow Tiger. I landed a 17incher at 8:15 on #9ghp. Marked a few more after that but couldn't get them to hit. Didnt tip the raps again also.

Got a 26" pike off the Day's River last night on a #9 orange rap. Missed another hit. Had a couple other followers. Most of the action was between 6:30-7:30

My schedule won't allow me to get out today for last call, so that's it for me. Hopefully I'll still hit the panfish another time or two before it's all done.

Make sure you've got a truck and/or 4w if you're doing either of the yellow-gate roads. The landings are getting quite muddy and sloppy.

Went out to the same spot tonight off huters point and brought my step dad with me. Set up by 4:00 with little action to start. At 6:45 tho they started a frenzy.We landed (3) at 16 and (1) at 18 in a 15minute period. I also missed 5 hits tonight and my step dad missed 4. I set some tipups for the first time in awhile tonight and landed 1 of the 16inchers on a 6in sucker minnow and a fat 37in pike also. We marked more fish tonight then I have marked all year. 1 walleye came on #9ghp and 2 on #9 green glow tiger. Excellent way to end the season and now I have 9 months to get rusty at jigging again.
