With water levels falling to under 8 feet above summer pool muskies action has been pretty good. Water temps are hanging around the 50 degree mark with cloudy water conditions. Muskies have been taken in a variety of ways, Fat Belly Rattlers (worked as fast and as shallow as you can) have been the only consistent casting bait over the last week, glides like the Twisted Sucker, Phantom and Mantas have also produced fish. Trolling as always when the water levels are being pulled is working very well. Short lines with your lure just under the surface tight to the flooded timber will produce fish. For you Facebook folks check out Cave Run Nation we are just putting up, a site for all those that love the CAVE. See ya on the pond
