Did I hear this right? Ty puts on an Ice Out contest and then leaves town at Ice Out time.How does he know when the ice went out,or do the in-laws get a new lure for Easter.

That's right. Makes the contest more interesting. I did just talk to Steve Sisko an hour ago and he said it opened up Friday afternoon all the way to Eagle Island so whoever picked Friday will be the winner. I'll put a different post up.
