Just curious if anyone has fished Minneapolis Shoals on opening day in the past? Wonder if theres any fish out there this time of year. I dont like this North wind all weekend though.

Try this its usually within 24-48 hrs unless its been very cloudy, needs a clear sky for accurate data. Don't put any faith in temps noted in gray or black. Whatever the bay was today its going to be colder by sun anyway with this north wind.

I've never heard of anyone going any good out there at the start of the season. Typically, the shoals don't turn on until late July.
Anyone have up-to-date water temps???
As of Thursday, the temps just south of Gladstone were in the mid 50's. A couple days of north wind will probably drop it down below 50 degrees for the opener:mad:
