Went up to Kipling and found most fish in the 20-25 foot range on the bottom on the east side, vagabond area. Capt. Keith really has something with those I-80 and 81 harnesses (Walleye's Choice tackle). They outfished everything else 2 to 1 easy. One keeper and 8-12 undersized fish, lost count...
