Halverson and the Jensen's were sentanced today.

All three were found guilty of conspiracy last month, and were sentenced today. Each was ordered to pay a $1000 fine, $2500 in court costs, serve 12 months in jail (starting tonight,) and will have to pay joint restitution of $19,772! (the estimated profit the three made in February of 2009.)

Speaking of "Swartz" boys, who ended up winning that bass tournament last weekend?

I was told John Schwartz won the bass tourney $1200 for biggest fish and biggest basket! I was wondering how long it would take to get on this site, still wondering how he was allowed in this kinda fishy!!

Well usually tournament results are posted the following day or so from what I've typically seen. I'm sure the people in charge of the tournament weren't thrilled about it but apparently they can't discriminate which I think is the right call but that's just my opinion.

I think in this case perhaps we should substitute the word " NET" for basket. Seems to roll off the tongue better.
