After taking a few days off the past weekend I have been on Delavan Lake the past couple of days and the fishing has been really good to fantastic. The best bite has been for pike most are in 18 to 22 feet. Bluegills are outstanding in 15 to 18 feet. Largemouth are fair in 15 to 18 feet. Crappie are fair, suspended over deeper water and weeds. Walleyes ok in the weeds 15 to 27 feet.
We have been doing most of our catching on livebait: Medium crappie, sucker minnows, crawlers, and Med. leeches either sinkered or suspended with a slip bobber.
I had the pleasure of making a new friend on Tuesday Tina with Aspex Eyewear a Takumi Sales Rep out for a few hours of fishing she caught six bass the biggest 17 inches, seven pike biggest 34 inches, five walleyes biggest 17 1/2 inches, and over 40 bluegills keeping a few for her fish fry.
