The Bay de Noc Great Lakes Sport Fishing club will be holding it's 9th annual salmon derby this weekend out of Ranquette's Marina this Saturday and Sunday. Rules and entry forms are available at local baitshops, or can be downloaded from http://wmxg.com/salmon%20derby%202011.htm A free kids fishing contest will also be held in the marina, starting at 11AM. Entries can be dropped off at Bay View Bait and Tackle until Friday afternoon, or hand delivered to Tom or Jaylene Polkey at T.J's cabin at Ranquette Marina.
