It's getting that time of year to get out the fishing equipment get it oil up and sharp those hooks for some AWESOME fall musky fishing! Now that we have had some cool nights and normal highs through the day this week it will get the early fall musky fishing going. Water temps are in the upper 70's to 80 degrees and we all know this kicks off the early fall deal here. I do know of some guys that have been out the last couple days with a little success but by the weekend I think it will be better. 1oz spinnerbait is hard to beat at this time of year so stop in and check out one of the hundred Muskie Pete spinners on hand! Early mornings and late evenings are always the best times at this time so make sure you are out there early and late. The weeds are a little behind in spots but there are plenty of weeds out there but at this time it doesn't matter any way. Remember these fish will move super shallow this early! Good luck and see you on the pond
