Fishing Report 8-23-11

I thought I would put a little report on here real quick. Fish are still shallow in the coves and moving super early and late. The water temp has rose just a little bit to 81 but they are still there. Not much movement past 9am but from daylight to then is pretty good fishing. Water is clear and good right now too. Weeds are far and between this year so far but I have seen some starting to come up who knows hopefully they will reach a couple feet in the next couple weeks. Right now the baits for me have been Meat and Potatoe 1oz spinnerbaits, and buzz baits. I haven't been cranking the spinnerbaits very fast either. Fish are holding between 2-10 feet of water.
