Hello all, including the "Ranger" ......... the weather has simply been to nice. ....... Sunday afternoon it started to cloud up and the wind changed direction. I had a thought ........ with the wind, maybe the Muskies would turn on. So I took a grandkid and brother-in-law out to my favorite area around 2 p.m. in the afternoon. Using a Suick thriller perch color I landed a 37" Fatty. I really thought it was much bigger as the girth was quite thick. We stuck the "jaws of life" in his mouth and pulled the fish out of the water half way. The grandkid held the rod, my in-law held the loop of the spreader and I took a few pics and proceded to unhook that fat Muskie. the hooks came out with ease and he was off to depths of the lake lickity-split !!!! no fuss no muss. A note for the Ranger ........... I was 200 yards from the point I like to visit frequently !!!! Best Regards, Larry F.
