Ole was fishing on the flowage years ago and had a bucket full of walleyes, more than his limit of five. The Warden was watching Ole from a distance, and soon confronted him. The Warden told him he would be arrested for exceeding the bag limit. Ole quickly said that these fish were his pets. The Warden was perplexed and asked Ole to explain. Ole said I can proove these fish are my pets, and claimed he could release them and recatch the same one's. The Warden said if you can do that, he would not ticket Ole for his bag limit violation. Promptly Ole dumped the bucket released all the walleyes, then casted his line to retrieve but had no success. The warden said " well ??? where are those so called pet walleyes you just released" ? .................. Ole replied, what walleyes ? ........... Regards, Larry F.
