For those of you who use Popco's Circle East to get to the flowage or surrounding area, we were informed at City Hall that reconstruction of the culvert at the Little Turtle River on Popko's East will close the road down for two days, this Wednesday and Thursday, September 21 and 22. Hope that there will be no emergencies, or need for milk or eggs during this time.
