This last four days couldn't have been any better with low winds, half way calm weather and fish were snapping. We headed out to the reef complex in front of the Davis Besse and mostly fished crib and toosaint reef. We did manage to also catch some nice perch 1 mile west of B can. The mission was to get some smallmouth bass and walleyes in the mix. We did just that, and had a wonderful day casting tube jigs in dragging them over the reefs. We did catch a few walleyes on weapons tipped with crawlers.
