Wow what a cold front that has hit us! At 7am this morning I was watching for snow!!!! Things did change a little this weekend with all the wind it made for some tough conditions out there.. Really hard to fish the open water stuff.. The cool weather has dropped the water temp down 67-69 looks like we have one more night of this and warm weather is coming back.. Water clarity in the open water spots are a little dirty with all the waves splashing onto the bank but the coves are perfect.. Fish are still in the same spots that hasn't changed they are little bit out further than 2 weeks ago but not far.. The lake level is about 1.5 down right now so they have pulled out just a little but still in shallow water.. Lures are the same Meat and Potatoe Flashabou, Medussas, Bull Dawgs, Top Water, Muskie Pete Lures.. These are all the lures that are being throwed in my boat.. Make sure you stop in the shop and check out the lures lots of nice stuff in there.. Bluegrass Rods in the 8.6 model are arriving tomorrow perfect rod for the big blades!
