Congrats to my buddy Eric who caught a 51 inch fish in the fall Muskies Inc. tourney over the weekend. That was his largest fish ever and a great time to catch it. Even better, in the raffle he won a case of beer and two bottle of booze. Life just doesn't get much better than that.
Nice work Eric!
As a side note, if Eric posts a picture keep in mind he is a giant of a man.;)

Thanks Ty!!! I really appreciate it! You were close on spelling the last name correctly too.. This past weekend was a lot of fun! You forgot to mention, that I won a wonderful pink sweathshirt. I tried to text Rachel and make an offering of my pink sweatshirt for you- for one of those fancy Sennett Tackle shirts.

Nicely done guys. I still think our 47.5" fathers day fish of 2010 looks bigger.
Ty, is your measuring box messed up? Can we get a measurement from the ref please?
Kidding guys, that is a MONSTER and she looks a little beat up along the back fin.

Mike, we were all kind of thinking that scratch was from being caught earlier in the year. There was a big fish caught in the same spot in late July that was in the same size range. Looks like the same fish.
I know exactly where you caught it!! The half broken off birch in the first pic gives it away. I fish that spot quite a bit and actually fished it today. Hahaha.....excellent crappie spot too. Have seen some big fish over the years in that area and may have had that fish up in mid July. Anyway, CONGRATS on one heck of a fish. Hopefully it will be there next summer filling up on those crappie and bluegill and be even bigger!! Congrats again.
