Walleye fishing has been great as the fish move into the basin areas of the lakes, We have been getting walleyes in 20 to 25 fow water on the deeper lakes and in the deepest area of the lakes on lakes that are under 20 fow. We have been using lindy rigs or a jig with a fathead minnow. I have also been doing good on swimbaits fish on a jighead and worked hard along the bottom. We have been picking up some nice crappie while fishing for the walleye and the fishermen that are targeting crappie are doing very well. The sucker bite is on for musky and we have the best supply of suckers that we have seen in years in the store with a fresh supply on the way to add to it. Clip and Go rigs are flying off the shelf and are worth looking at too. Its going to be a great weekend to be on the water so stop in grab some bait and hit the water for what could be the last nice weekend of the season.
