How's the perch fishing , is there any size to them ? What are they biting on crawlers or minnows. I have noticed boats around butlers island the last few days and am hoping to get out this weekend if the action is decent.

I was out last weekend, there where about 9 boats including us around butlers island and I know we didn't catch anything. tried crawlers but no good. haven't had much luck, but good luck to you.

finally got out this morning caught 1 perch and a pike . SLOW !!! fished for 3-1/2 hrs only a few other lite bites.

It's always nice to get out fishing even if a guy doesn't catch much.
