Water temp is 52 degree's
Walleye's. Action hot below the area dams some nice walleye are being caught. Anglers fishing Prides and Grandfathers dam are doing very well and catching their limit of fish from 18 to 21 inches. Use Gulp 3.5 inch minnows or tuffies for bait. The 86 bridge on Mohawksin is a hot spot now but you will have to weed through all the undersize walleye, you will catch some nice keepers. The bridge by our shop is still producing nice catches with another nice 26.5 inch walleye this week, 27.5 was the largest walleye last week from under the bridge.
Crappies are still the hot bite on the Willow Flowage, some big slabs are caught drift fishing.
The sucker bite is on! 2 nice catch and release Muskies this week with a 47 inch on Nokomis and a 45 incher on Mohawksin. If your not into sucker fishing try suicks, pearson plugs or hellhounds.
Good Luck
Dave
