Well looks like fall is here to stay this time, water temps have dropped from the mid 60's last week to 49.5 yesterday. I took clients Bob and Mark out on the water for an afternoon of Musky catching yesterday. It was one of those rainy, snowy, windy days that just felt like a good fish day. In the end we boated 2 muskies and had 2 other strikes. Bob caught the first fish on a Phantom working it really slow and Mike caught and released his pb on a sucker. Mikes fish was only 35.5 but still a pb for him so congrats mike. Mike also has a nice fish blow up behind a Bobbie Bait and he missed another fish on a Bobbie Bait.
The walleye guys are reporting some nice catches again, still more numbers then size in 20 to 28 fow water in lakes that have that depth or the deepest water in the lake for the shallower ones.
Pictured is Mike and his PB muskie
