With a nice crisp fall morning and light winds we headed out on LSC for one of our last few fall muskie charters of the season. We headed to the mouth of the Detroit river and worked the south shore. We found some active fish around Belle River and another spot to the east towards Ruscom. The south shore was extremely muddy but at least was weed free. We worked very small pockets of cleaner water to pick up fish. We boated several fish and had a great trip, but no monsters to report. Trolled primarily in 8-11 FOW with Mag Shads from Tackle Industries and Large Ziggies and Nils. As the afternoon kicked in the winds picked up and the small pockets of cleaner water were gone. If you are planning a fall muskie trip to LSC, keep posted to my link for MODIS for water color and clarity before making a long run. Good luck and Good fishing.
