Anybody know if the docks are still in in the Gladsone/Escanaba area?
Any reports?
Water temp?
Thanks

All the docks are still in. I haven't had any recent reports on temps, but would estimate they are in the low 40's to upper 30's.

Last night temps were 39 in upper bay, 41 in lower bay. As far as reports, I didn't do great, but I caught a few anyway... Made 2 long trolling passes in the lower bay and caught 2 fish. Motored up to the upper bay and did 2 more long passes and caught 2 more fish.

A few fish are better than no fish that's for sure. Nice job.

Trolling cranks?

Yes, trolling cranks. Ripstick in "Paralyzer" color took 3 of 4 that night, and a Bomber took one more. Stickbaits in purple and chartrueses have been all that's working for me at 1.4-1.6 mph. I haven't had any fast and furious fishing nights lately, but as TJ pointed out, a few is better than none. Not too many nights out with the boat left for the year...

Ripsticks, (700 series,) are the shallow runners.

Shouldn't be a problem. Daytime temps will be above freezing all next week. I'll be sure to post when any of the docks are pulled.
