Hello all,
Got out today and caught a lot of fish, unfortunately only one keeper which i relased. I would guess i caught 20 perch and 5 bluegills. I had two flags today one which was dropped and one that my brother missed. Usually use shinners hoping for northerns. Caught all the perch on waxies and my bro caught his dozen on a minnow. Ice was 10 inches every where i drilled. Surprise to see as many people out as i did. Fished this spot for 4 years now and easily the most people i have seen. Not a bad thing just surprised. Hoping to get out next weekend to give it a try again. Good luck to all and happy new year.
