What great weather for fishing. The King Salmon are going crazy out on the BANK REEF. Catches up in the high double digits already. Howie Flys seem to be working the best with with white or crome dogers. Steelhead are mixed in with the Kings running Spoons on ski boards.
Was Bass fishiong yesturday and was that fun, we had over fifty fish in four hours. Plastics and hard baits working equally well. YUM tubes are one of my favorites this time of year. Our biggest fish was over 5lbs.
Walleyes fishing at night and during the day is very good. Last trip out we had two over 30inches. Smithwicks, Wally Stingers working well. At night we are trolling with rods held off the side of the boat in 10-15ft. of water and during the day the fish have been in shallow as well as 20ft. of water depending on the wind.
