I have dates open around peak times in June (full moon and new moon dates). I am predicting an excellent casting bite right out of the gates this year. This is the earliest ice out in recorded history and the weed growth has already started. The average ice out is the 26th of April on Bemidji and the ice left this year the last few days of March.
The spawn this year was a week earlier than usual. Theh majority of the muskies have vacated the spawning areas and will return once the aqautic growth is more developed. I assume that this will be fairly quick.
If you want to learn more about early season muskies and the tactics I use to catch them give me a call.
I am offering the remaining June trips at a discounted price. $50 off if you book one of the remaining full day trips in June.
