Port Washington P.M & A.M Reports, Variably cloudy, very warm and humid, High: 89; Heat Index: 90 to 95, Wind: West switching over night from calm to east 5-15 MPH We starting at 4:00 P.M. about 7 miles north in 120 ft. of water our best depth was in 85 feet going 6 out of 8. catching most of our fish (3)on a slide diver with a Tommy Harris Custom Silver Green Flasher, 3 and 5 color leadcore orange dodger white peanut fly was also a winner.
We started again at 4:00 am the bite was fast to start with the slide diver Tommy Harris Custom Flash (Green & Blue) taking the first four with in the first half hour, others presentations was five color orange flasher/peanut fly and glow spoons/plain/weapons. Ended with 8 out of ten bites breaking on big king off.
