Dick from Gurnee, IL joined me for a morning on "Pete". We went out on May 30th on "The Rock" and the temperature that day was 35 degrees when we launched, today it was 60 degrees warmer. We jigged leeches and Berkley Gulp Alive in 20-24 feet of water in the wood, and pulled Shad raps and Hot-N-Tots in 14 feet of water and finished at 10:30 with 10
keepers", 7 "shorties", 1 crappie, 3 white bass, 1 cat, and 2 sheephead.

Keep a tight line!!!

It was a little warmer today than it was in May but the catch more than made up for the heat. Jerry really knows his stuff and certainly knows where the fish are. As I told him this morning, it's a lot cheaper to go out with him for the day than it is to buy my own boat, and at least with him at the controls I'll be eating fish for dinner instead of chicken tonight.
Thanks for the great time Jerry!
