I think that the USGS site mentioned above is near Bruce WI, at least 50-60 miles and several dams downstream from the TFF.

I don't know what section of river you are interested in, but discharge from the TFF dam has been running running about 500 cubic feet per second (cfs) which should provide plenty of water for recreating on the North Fork of the Flambeau River (from the TFF dam to Park Falls).
