Dave from Altoona, Wisconsin booked a trip for this morning to have a look around the lake and do some jigging and trolling. There is so much grass and weeds floating from the island north that it,s tough to keep the baits clean for the fish to hit. They don't like the salad, they only want the meat. Pulled flies for a while but mostly jigged the wood in 15-20 feet of water. finised with 2 "keepers", 5 "shorties", 1 white bass, and 1 smallmouth.:)
