September Fishing

I will be making the trip up to the flowage this Saturday (9/8) to musky fish for the week. I usually make the trip in the second or third week of July. Should I be expecting anything different than what I would encounter in July as far as locating fish? I have never fished the flowage this late in the year, I don't know when they kick into the fall pattern etc. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Fish a bigger variety of spots. You'll find fish on just plain old shorelines with scrub weeds along with normal spots. Also try some deep and shallow stuff. Basically they are everywhere so don't get stuck fishing one spot or pattern.
