I'll be Muskie fishing the area in October and plan on fishing LLL and Teal for the first time. Any suggestions are welcome. Also, where are the landings and is there one located near the thoroughfare to Teal?

Landing is Landing Camp road off of Upper A. It's been tough fishing this summer but things are starting to look up as the water is cooling down. Look for green weeds and be sure to stop in and chat with Pat at the Happy Hooker on Upper A for a recent report when you are up.

Headnorth...I don't where you'll be staying, but some of the Resorts on Lost Land and Teal have there own boat launches. (Reel Livin will let you use theirs for a fee, and it's a nice ramp.) If you're driving in from somewhere else, there is a public ramp where dfk pointed out. If you have a map of the lakes you'll see it, and the thoroughfare to Teal is on the other side of the lake. No wake speed on both lakes. There are a number of good weedlines to fish on Lost Land. Up near Empire Lodge is a good place, or down around Duncan Bar in the middle. Some good weeds in the big bay down near Reel Livin. Try Christy point just north/east of the bay that leads to the main lake now and then. But you never know. Teal is whole different lake than Lost Land...not so weedy, more rocks. Try along the east side of the Rasberry Isle and some of the bars that are nearby. Fish are mostly in the 30's in those lakes, but upper 40's are caught now and then.
