Hi everyone,
If I was to write a script for the worst kind of weather to fish in, today would have been it. It was cold- in the low 40's all day with a strong North wind and several rain squalls moving in and out constantly all day. After catching only 1 Sm bass and 1 perch after 4 hours and freezing myself to numbness, I called it a day. Caught everything jigging a leech. Nothing touched minnows when I used them. There is a bass tournament going on right now on the Big Chip. With this weather, the leader earned his keep! Lets hope the weather straightens out soon. Good luck fishing everyone.
